Welcome to the Pilates Brunch Club! Join us for a morning of breathing, stretching & soundbath at the most beautiful indoor event venue in Modesto; The Century. Get ready to stretch, relax, and sip with like-minded ladies. You will be able to enjoy champagne, signature mocktails, herbal tea bar, coffee, iced tea and a selection of sparkling water. Stephannie Schmit and Amy Podesto, will guide you through a gentle stretch session suitable for all levels, and end with a soundbath for utlimate relaxation. We follow our stretch & soundbath with a delicious brunch with guided conversation and intention setting, ready to enhance more self-love this year. All proceeds go to local domestic violence survivors in Stanislaus County.

Stretch and breathe with Stephannie and Amy, as you release any tension from the body. Get ready for a deep relaxation immediately following as we cozy up on our PBC mats for an immersive soundbath.

Shopping, B12 shots & massage! Make sure to take advantage of all the self-care surrounding you before we enjoy brunch together. Complete your bingo card too!

Brunch, Self-Care Intention Setting & Gratitude
Join your girlfriends (or make new ones!) as we share a meal, set intentions, and get to know each other better. We will have a guided Q & A with Victoria Popoff, founder of PBC, as we set our thoughts for the rest of the year, and look back in gratitude.

ABOUT US: We are a charitable organization and focus on women's health - mind, body & spirit. Our events chooses a local non-profit to donate our proceeds to. HAVEN supports survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Stanislaus County. A portion of your ticket helps in supporting our mission. Last year we raised $30k... help us get to $40k in 2026!
