    • The Century - Up to 250 guests for reception-only events. For ceremony + reception, the maximum is 175 guests, unless you choose an Oscar-style ceremony (guests seated at reception tables), which allows up to 250 guests.

    • Nine3One - Maximum of 70 guests.

  • The Century & Nine3One - Events must conclude by 11 PM.

  • We provide bar services in-house. You can bring in all other vendors as long as they are licensed.

    • The Century – We transform one ballroom into two spaces by draping off the ceremony area. After the ceremony, guests enjoy cocktail hour while our team resets the room for your reception—ready for a stunning “grand reveal.”

    • Nine3One – Ceremonies are held indoors, with the reception set in the covered breezeway. After the ceremony, the indoor space is reset into a dance floor while guests enjoy cocktail hour in the breezeway and Bouquet Bar room.

  • There’s a large public parking garage conveniently located right across the street with rates of just $1.25/hour, plus nearby street parking options.

  • The DoubleTree by Hilton is just two blocks away, making it an easy and comfortable choice for out-of-town guests. (1150 9th St, Modesto)

  • To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable reservation fee, which is applied to your balance.
