Chef Root brings 30+ years of culinary experience from Napa Valley to Yosemite and now to The Century. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, his menus blend California freshness with comfort, flavor, and elegant presentation. He believes in customizing every menu to reflect your personal taste, traditions, and dietary needs.

    Treat your guests—drinks are on you! With a hosted bar, the host covers all beverage costs for the duration of the event.
