We have expanded into a new building next door to The Century! 
Our new event space will be opening late Summer of 2018.

Conference Room ~ $50 per hour

Rent our conference room for your next big meeting. The room comes equipped with audio/visual tools. Up to 15 guests.

Lounge/Event Space ~ $150 per hour

Impress your clients, employees, and guests by renting our beautiful event space for your next meeting, mixer, or presentation. The room has comfy lounge areas and a really cool bar with pub tables. Up to 50 guests.

Custom Package ~ $ price varies

We can create a custom package with food, beverage, entertainment, etc. in our new intimate event space.

Lightning fast wifi throughout entire building. Private suites are equipped with ethernet cables.


On-Site Attendant & Private Mailbox

An on-site attendant is available for assistance during business hours. You can use our address as your business mailing address and have access to your private mailbox daily.


Beverage Bar

Fully stocked beverage bar with coffee, hot tea, fruit infused water and soft drinks.



Enjoy our mini kitchen with all of the necessities; refrigerator, microwave, sink, etc. Bring your lunch to work


Fully Secured Building

All visitors must check in at the front breezeway gate which is equipped with an intercom/video system. You can easily buzz your colleagues and clients in.


Clean Restrooms & Office Space

Our thrones are beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. Housekeeping will keep your workspace nice and neat too.
