*We are seeking motivated, organized, honest individuals to join our vibrant team. We are an upscale venue for weddings and social events. We work in a very fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where you need to think fast and work even faster with precision.*


We are currently hiring for the following positions. We will be holding face-to-face interviews in the next couple of weeks.

Banquet Team Member

Core Responsibilities: execute floor plan layouts, set up table place settings, set up draping and decor items, read extremely detailed outlines and checklists, communicate with clients/team members/guests, serve and greet event guests, bus and clean tables, take out trash, cultivate organization in kitchen, maintain beverage and bar stations, maintain organization in main banquet hall.

Main Requirements: must be at least 21 years of age (no exceptions), must be available at least three weekends a month, must be able to work full 8 hour shifts on your feet, must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

**Pay rates vary depending on experience.

Security Guard

Core Responsibilities: supervise the front and back of the building, check guests into events, stage your work area, maintain a safe environment, assist the coordinating and banquet team of miscellaneous tasks, help move furniture in and out of the building.

Main Requirements: must have a valid guard card or we can assist you in getting one, must be at least 21 years of age (no exceptions), must be available at least three weekends a month, must be able to work full 8 hour shifts on your feet, must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. 

**Pay rates vary depending on experience. 

Assistant COOK

Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled Cook (with some pastry experience) to prepare delicious meals and desserts according to menu.

An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals and desserts. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking and baking techniques is also important.

Responsibilities:
•Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
•Must be able to accept directions from Executive Chef
•Prepare ingredients to use in cooking 
•Cook food in various utensils or grillers
•Check food while cooking to stir or turn
•Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
•Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
•Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
•Check quality of ingredients
•Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
•Must be able to wash dishes before end of shift

Requirements:
•Proven experience as cook
•Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
•Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
•Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
•Ability to work in a team
•Very good communication skills
•Excellent physical condition and stamina
•Must be able to work some graveyard shifts

Skills:
•High school diploma required
•1+ years’ experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
•Able to read and follow standardized recipes
•Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
•Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
