Appetizer Menu: $12 per guest

Antipasta Platter with Crackers An assortment of cubed Pepper Jack, Cheddar, Colby Cheese, Strawberries, Grapes, Olives, and Crackers.

Hummus Dip with Bread Fresh garbanzo hummus with pita bread.

Fruit Platter (Tahini and Lime available) A seasonal fruit platter made from sliced watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries and grapes.

Grilled Cold Marinated Vegtables Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, and asparagus, with steamed broccoli and carrots tossed in an herb Italian dressing.

Aram Sandwiches (Turkey and Ham) Cracker bread rolled with and herbed cream cheese spread, spinach, pepperccinis, artichoke hearts, and Monterey Jack Cheese.

Sweet Chili Wings Chicken wings tossed in an Asian style sweet chili sauce.

Teriyaki Meatballs Beef meatball sauteed and in a sweet teriyaki glaze

Bruschetta Bowl with Crostinis Fresh diced tomato, basil, garlic and balsamic reduction served in a bowl with grilled pita bread.

Classic Breakfast ($22 per guest): Includes country potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage and fruit.
