Bar Package Form & Rules

**IMPORTANT UPDATE**

Our bar packages changed on May 1, 2019.
If signed your contract BEFORE this date, then you have the option to stick with our old bar package which allows you to bring in your own alcohol. You also have the option to switch to our new bar packages. If you signed your contract AFTER this date, then you have been locked in to our new bar packages where we provide all alcohol.

OLD BAR PACKAGE (CONTRACT SIGNED BEFORE 5/1/19)

If you plan on having alcohol at your wedding, you must purchase our bar tending service package. You bring in your own alcohol and we provide the rest!

We have two levels of this bar package. 
Level 1 Package is Beer/Wine/Champagne Only (included in room fee)
Level 2 Package is adding Cocktails for a $5 per guest upgrade fee

Bar Tending Package Include:

Beautiful custom built bar, Bartending team, Soft drinks, Glassware, Napkins

If you upgraded your bar to cocktails too, we will include the following:

Mixers for cocktails, Garnishes, Straws, Ice

*If you would like to create a fun cocktail menu, please get in touch with your coordinator to design the perfect cocktails. These cocktails can be customized with color, garnishes, etc. to compliment your design aesthetic at The Century.

IMPORTANT: We do not allow shots at The Century or outside alcohol.



Alcohol Shopping Lists
You provide the alcohol and we provide the rest! In order to help with the planning of your event, we have generated a customized shopping list based on your guest list and type of party. Please do not hesitate to further customize your shopping list based on the specifications of your guests. If your guests are not big wine drinks, perhaps you should purchase more beer -- The same goes with scotch and tequila! Please review the shopping list that reflects your guest count. We have lists for 50 guests up to 300 guests.

BEER & WINE
Beer: 6-8 Cases (½ light & ½ reg.) -- White Wine: 3-5 Bottles -- Red Wine: 3-5 Bottles

CHAMPAGNE TOAST
Each 750ml bottle will typically pour 6 glasses of champagne.

100 GUESTS

● 5-6 750ml Vodka
● 2 750ml Gin

Beer: 8-10 Cases (½ light & ½ reg.) -- White Wine: 4-6 Bottles -- Red Wine: 4-6 Bottles

Bar & Alcohol Rules

At The Century, we strive to create a safe, fun environment for all ages. We have created our bar/alcohol policies in order to provide every client and guest the ultimate event experience.

● The bar will stop serving specific guests at any time if they are too intoxicated. If guests get too intoxicated to the point of vomiting and/or passing out on our property, they will be escorted out of our building and will not be able to return. 
● The only alcohol allowed in The Century is the alcohol brought in by the Host prior to the event date. Guests are NOT allowed to bring in their own alcohol. No exceptions.
● No shots are allowed at The Century. No exceptions. All liquor MUST be mixed with soda or a mixer. Bartenders are NOT permitted to pour liquor over ice or serve it "neat."
● Guests that appear to be under 21 years of age will be asked to show ID. We will NOT serve any under aged guests. No exceptions.
● Unsupervised bottles of wine are not allowed at tables where minors may be sitting. If wine is preferred at the guest tables, then bartenders will go to each table offering a glass of wine. If a guest appears to look under age, then an ID will be required.
● Once alcohol runs out at your bar, you may NOT do a liquor run. Once alcohol is gone, it's gone.
● The Host can bring up to 4 types of liquor, up to 4 types of beer and up to 4 types of wine. The beer can be kegs or bottles/cans.
● Vendors are NOT allowed to have any alcoholic drinks.
●Last call for the bar will be 45 minutes before the event conclusion. The bar will close 30 minutes before the event conclusion.
