Agreement To Non-Refundable Retainer/Deposit & Policy Review Form

This Agreement of the Non-Refundable Retainer (also called Deposit) is issued pursuant to the Event & Wedding Policies Contract between The Client (as described below in fill-able form) and The Century,  effective today’s date (date of form completion) for the event (as described below in fill-able form) on the date (as described below in fill-able form). This Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Event & Wedding Policies Contract between the parties and is made a part thereof. Any term not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Event & Wedding Policies Contract.

Explanation 

The Client’s retainer of  amount (as described below in fill-able form) is non-refundable, no exceptions. Once The Century processes the Client’s retainer, The Client may not request a refund of the retainer.

The Client, may however, request a transfer of the retainer to a new date if The Century has availability on that specified date. The transfer must be made at least four months before the original contracted event date. The transfer of the retainer will be reflected on the new Event & Wedding Contract signed between The Client and The Century for the Client’s new event date.
