Foundations Wedding Package

This package is our most popular package as it gives you more freedom to create your dream wedding with your specific design interests in mind. 

● Five hour package (guest occupancy) – event must end by 11:00pm (additional hours are $750 per hour)
● Utilize Bridal suite and Groom’s Lounge (prior to guest occupancy) to get ready in
● No hassle of guest minimums (300 guest max capacity)

Planning Partnership
● Planning meetings with our team
● Digital floor plan and timeline creation
● Liability Insurance Policy in your name
● All set up and clean up by our staff
● Day of coordinator, banquet staff and security team
● Champagne toast service and cake cutting service

Tables & Chairs
● Farm house tables and/or round tables
● Mahogany designer chairs (in-house)

● Runners and linen for all tables (in the color of your choice)

Place Settings
● China and flatware (for dinner and cake service)
● Water goblets, champagne flutes and water carafes
● Charger plates (gold, silver or black)
● Polyester napkins (in the color of your choice)

● Wall draping in champagne, ivory or charcoal
● LED uplighting (in the color of your choice)
● Spotlights and market lights

Bartending Package (Beer/Wine/Champagne Only)
● Bartending package: If you plan on having alcohol at your wedding, you must purchase our bar tending package.
You bring in your own alcohol and we provide the rest.
Bar Tending Package includes: Beautiful custom built bar, bartending team, napkins, glassware

Beverage Station Package
Self-Serve Beverage Station includes: Flavored water, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, hot tea, soft drinks, cups, sugar, creamer, flavored syrup.

Retainer/Deposit: We require a non-refundable $3,500 deposit at the time of contract signing.

Catering (must book our in-house catering)

Dinner & Appetizers
● Buffet Dinner (fully customizable)
Sample menu: Organic harvest greens, herbed chicken breast, firecracker tri-tip sirloin, roasted seasonal vegetables, red potatoes, rolls
● Appetizers (fully customizable-select up to three options)
Sample menu: bacon wrapped dates, bruschetta, firecracker pork sliders, spring rolls

Floral & Candles (must book our in-house floral/décor)
All packages include:
● Candle arrangements for the guest tables, cake table, sign-in table, bar and anywhere else in the venue that can benefit from the glow of a candle. Décor Items throughout the venue to resemble your theme (candelabras, lanterns, vases, lounge furniture, accent tables, etc.). One floral planning meeting with the floral and decor team.

Package Levels:
{Non-Floral} Non-Floral, In-Stock Table Décor, Candle Arrangements. Priced at a per table rate.
{Floral} In-Season Floral, Low & High (in stock) Containers, Use Pinterest Inspirations, One Arrangements Per Guest Table. Priced at a per table rate. 

If your event date falls near a holiday, then you may incur a floral price increase. If you are not flexible with florist recommendations of what is included in your floral package, then you may incur a price increase. If you select flowers that are not in season, then you may incur a floral price increase.

A’ La Carte Optional Upgrades
We can provide the following a’ la carte upgrade options in-house
or you may bring in your own vendors. Your vendors must be approved by management before securing them.

● Interactive DJ by Sounds In Motion Disc Jockey Service. Includes: Reception Sound System, Cordless Microphone(s), Lighting System. Consultation: Sounds In Motion staff will meet with you in their music planning suite to complete a wedding/event planning guide to select music, discuss announcements and put the event on a timeline.

● Luxury Photo Booth Package by The Platinum Photo Booth. Includes: Luxury draping and elements, lavish backdrop, deluxe scrapbook, image USB drive, online gallery, box of fun props and stick props, unlimited lab-quality photos, black & white and/or color photos, custom logo design, multiple photo layouts and a fun and energetic technician on-site.

● Creative Dessert Bar (fully customizable)
Sample options: candy bar, milk & cookie bar, donut bar, mini pie bar,
s’mores bar or any other custom dessert bar.

● Delectable One to Three Tier Cake with one to three flavors (fully customizable)
We would provide sheet cake for larger guest counts to account for the additional slices needed.

Add Cocktails To Bartending Package
● You provide the liquor and we will provide the mixologist team, mixers, soft drinks, garnishes, straws, ice, glassware.
We will also provide you with a shopping list and cocktail suggestions.
$3 per guest

We are excited to launch our new Dash To The Altar wedding package!

This is a great package for those who want to literally dash to the altar! We just need a 48 hour notice (as long as we are available). This package is available Monday through Thursday. You can't beat this price!


Sunrise & Sunset Wedding Package

We do two weddings in one day, which saves you money!   
Sunrise Wedding: 11am-2pm
Sunset Wedding: 6pm-9pm
Up to 80 guests
2018 Available Dates: April 15th, June 24th,
August 12th, October 14th, December 9th

Inclusions: 3 hour guest occupancy, utilize bridal suite and groom’s lounge, tables, chairs, pre-selected brunch or dinner menu, pre-selected linens, pre-designed place settings, disc jockey, photo booth, wall draping, uplighting, bartending package (beer and wine only/alcohol provided by client), beverage station, wedding cake (two-tier), pre-designed floral arrangements and table décor.

Ceremony: Includes one additional hour of guest occupancy (start one hour earlier on Sunrise or one hour later on Sunset). We will design a beautiful altar and aisle to reflect the same timeless look of the reception. Includes the same amount of included bridal party
floral (as our ceremony package). You may upgrade to add more bouquets, etc.

*5% gratuity/service fee on room charge.

Wedding In A Box: Beautifully Pre-Designed Weddings

Enjoy all of the inclusions of our popular all-inclusive wedding package, but for a fraction of the price.

Inclusions: Up to 100 guests, 4 hour guest occupancy, utilize bridal suite and groom’s lounge, tables, chairs, pre-selected dinner and appetizer menu, pre-selected linens, pre-designed place settings, disc jockey, photo booth, wall draping, uplighting, bartending (beer/wine/champagne) package (client provides alcohol), beverage station, wedding cake, pre-designed floral arrangements and table décor.

Ceremony: If you would like to add the ceremony package to Wedding In A Box, we will design the ceremony portion to reflect the theme you select. Includes the same amount of included bridal party floral. You may upgrade to add more bouquets, etc.
