Prom & Sober Grad Expo: Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us for our 1st Annual Prom & Sober Grad Expo happening on Saturday, February 17th, 2018. Doors open @ 5:00pm and will end around 8:00pm. 

We are currently seeking vendor partners to join us for this event. You must provide a product or service that schools can utilize for their Prom or Sober Grad. You must have a valid business license and be located within the Central Valley.

We have two levels of vendor sponsorships:
1) Swag Bag Inclusion Only: $50
2) Booth Space w/ Swag Bag Inclusion: $300

**Must provide potential clients at the expo a promotion or discount on services. This must be discussed with us prior.**
**Must provide a goodie with your marketing materials for our swag bag.**

Vendor Booth Space Inclusions:
*An 8'x8' booth space for you to represent your company. If your service requires more space then we will provide you with the necessary room needed for your set up (ex: bounce houses, food trucks, etc).
*An 8 foot table with linen and electricity within your booth. 
*Your business marketing materials in our swag bags. If you have a cool favor or item to attach to your marketing material that would be even better!
*Your business information on our website and social media pages. 
*Mentions of your business at the expo.

Why have we decided to host this type of event?
Our family of companies at The Century (Sounds In Motion and The Platinum Photo Booth) are event experts. We provide services for over 1,000 weddings, social events and school events every year. We wanted to host an event geared to schools to aid them in the planning of their prom and sober grad events. Imagine a shopping mall full of the vendors, services and products needed to accomplish a successful and memorable prom or sober grad. This is exactly what we intend to provide at this expo!

Who is invited?
Anyone who is involved in the planning of the school's prom or sober grad. This is an event they must attend! We invite teachers, administration, activities directors, students, clubs, etc. We are here to help them! This is a FREE event to attend......even better!!

What can you expect?
We will have a fashion show which will showcase all of the latest trends in dresses and tuxedos. 
We will have an abundance of vendors that provide services and products needed for prom and sober grad. Attendees will be able to try and experience some of the services and products. So fun! And the best part of this is they will receive some amazing promotions and discounts on your services which would hopefully turn into solid contracts with your business. We will have concession stands for attendees to enjoy....which will also give them inspiration for ideas at their next event. Are you ready to be blown away? Then you must join us!
