The Century is an urban chic venue in the heart of downtown Modesto! 

Imagine yourself walking into a building built back in the early 1900's.....old exposed brick walls, 20 foot ceilings adorned with crystal chandeliers, spectacular hand-scraped wood floors, private posh VIP room, chic restrooms, gorgeous patios embellished with a beautiful brick candle wall.....and that's just the beginning of the Event of The Century!

We are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday between 9:00am and 6:00pm. We will check our schedule to see if your request works in our calendar. We will send you a confirmation within 1-2 business days. Please do not assume this request is guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from us.

1) Damage Pre-Authorization Form. You can complete the Pre-Auth form HERE. 2) Final Guest Count & Guest List. This list must be alphabetical order and must include your entire RSVP list. 3) Seating Arrangement (if you have one). 4) Photographer's Timeline. We need to know when we need to have bridal party floral ready for photos and what the entire day looks like with photography. 5) Ceremony Line Up. If your ceremony is at The Century, we will need the list of names in order that will be walking down the aisle. We will need their name, title and relation. We need to review the bridal party floral order to make sure our notes reflect most up to date information. 6) Final bar details. Have you had a discussion with our mixologist team? Any questions on this? 7) Parking permits. We need to know who to issue parking permits to. You are entitled to 5 permits. We will provide to you the day of your final planning meeting. Be sure to distribute these to the cars that will be parking in our lot. 8) Review event policies and rules again. 9) Final payment based on final head count. 10) Would you like to include an optional (but greatly appreciated) gratuity for your set-up and banquet crew? Most venues charge 18% to 20%, but we don’t expect anything over 5%. Anything is greatly appreciated by your hard working team.
